Clawdie.ai — Automate anything.

Privacy and website analytics.

When you send an enquiry

We use the business and contact details you enter to respond to your enquiry and arrange your introductory call. The form sends those details to our existing Google Apps Script enquiry service. Your entered name, email, phone number and notes are not included in the website analytics events described below.

Optional Clawdie analytics

On the homepage and thank-you page, you can accept or reject our optional analytics. The enquiry form works either way. If you accept, we collect page visits, the source and campaign that brought you here, device and screen information, button activity, scrolling, active reading time, performance measurements and whether the enquiry service accepted a submission.

We also collect approximate region and network IP information and may record a masked replay of the page. The enquiry form, editable content and embedded frames are blocked from these recordings, and input values are masked. A network address or approximate region does not tell us who a visitor is.

Network IP information is encrypted and retained for up to 30 days; only the signed-in administrator can reveal it, and access is logged. Recordings are retained for 30 days, detailed events for 90 days and aggregate reports for up to 13 months. These records are stored in our separate Cloudflare database and private storage.

Your choice

Use Cookie settings on the homepage to change your choice. Rejecting analytics stops optional collection and withdraws the current analytics session. Already collected aggregate reports may remain until their retention period ends. Browser cookies remember your choice for up to 180 days. Clearing cookies resets that choice.

Other measurement tools

Our website also uses the existing Meta Pixel for page visits and accepted-enquiry measurement, Microsoft Clarity for website usage insights, and Cloudflare Web Analytics for traffic measurement. These services have their own privacy terms. The optional Clawdie analytics choice above controls our first-party reports and recordings; it does not alter those existing integrations.

Read the Meta privacy policy, Microsoft privacy statement and Cloudflare privacy policy.

Administrator sign-in

The single administrator account uses a securely hashed password and a protected session cookie. Choosing to remember this browser keeps the session for up to 30 days of inactivity, with sign-in required again after 90 days. Logging out ends the current session. An analytics exclusion cookie keeps the administrator's visits out of Clawdie's first-party reports; that cookie does not grant access to the dashboard.
